I love s’mores, but sometimes it is not possible to do them in the traditional way. Often, the weather and time do not allow the s’mores to catch fire. So what do you do when everyone wants s’mores with all that delicious melted chocolate, sticky marshmallows and roasted graham cookies? You make cookie s’mores!

What screams the summer more than the s’mores? Honestly, I don’t think about anything! These chewable and sticky cookies are baked in a mini tray for muffins with a cookie base with chocolate sparks, graham cookie crumbs, roasted marshmakes and a piece of sticky chocolate at the top. Everything you love from the classic s’mores but without the disaster of a fire.

How to make the best cups of s’mores cookies:

  • Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F and sprinkle a mini tin of muffins (24 cup) with antiating cooking spray.
  • Take your cookie dough bought in the store and cut in 24 equal squares (just follow the perforated lines) and then drop a square of cookie dough in each Muffin can cavity.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes, then take the handle of a spatula and press down in the center of each cookie to create a well.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Graham cookie crumbs at the bottom of each cup of cookies, then turn the oven to roast and cut each Malvavisco in half.
  • Place half of a Malvavisco, cut down, in each cup of cookies, then handle for 30 seconds, look closely so that the Malvaviscos do not burn.
  • Immediately, cover each roasted marshmallow with a chocolate square, then let cool before removing from the mold for muffins and enjoy.

I can’t think of anything more pleasant than these cookies. It is as if the perfect cookie with chocolate sparks improved even more by including everyone’s favorite flavors.

When you take cookie cups with soft chocolate sparks and sprinkle them with migas of Graham cookies, then take them with marshmallows and chocolate bars, you get cookie Smore! This cookie recipe is the only one you need for summer; Everyone loves them.

They are small cute mini s’mores that are easy to do, do not require camping (thank God 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉), do not smell like fires for days after eating them, and the best part: they have everything you love the s’mores, but in a beautiful mini cup of cookies. They could be better than real s’mores!

My best tips:

  • Gate your pan: He greased his Muffin mini tin with non -stringed spray before adding cookie dough squares. It is not fun to make a dessert just to get caught in the pan!
  • Mass of cookies: The use of cookie dough with chocolate sparks bought in the store is a great time savings here! I recommend buying the mass package of sugar cookies that comes with 24 postal squares so that everything you need to do is cut along the perforated lines, then place a piece of cookie dough in each Muffin can cavity.
  • Creating wells: You will want to press for the centers of each cup of cookies while the cookies are still hot from the oven. I just used the rounded end of a spatula handle I had, but if you have sour manipulation, it would be even more efficient!
  • MALVISCOS: Cutting the Malvaviscos in half can be a bit sticky, so I recommend using scissors to keep things free of disorder. Also be sure to cut each “hamburger style” of Malvisco to be the right size.
  • Roast: Stop these cakes of s’mores cookies gives the Malviscos a perfectly golden and toasted surface! Just be sure to see them closely because things tend to go from gold to burned very quickly under the grill. A few seconds is all you should take.
  • CHOCOLATE: It is important to cover each roasted marshmallow with a chocolate square, while the Malvisques are still hot and soft out of the oven. This ensures that chocolate melt slightly and adheres to marshmallows.
  • Eliminating from the pan: I do not recommend eliminating these cookie cakes from Muffins’ can until the cookies are completely cooled. If the borders of the cookies seem to be attached to the pan, pass a butter knife around the edges to loosen each cup.
  • Storage: Transfer any left over a hermetic container and store at room temperature for 4-5 days. You can also store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If you want to enjoy yours warm and sticky, put it in the microwave for 15 seconds.
