- Passed 1Make the cherry sorbet base: Pure cherries, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a food processor until they are soft, approximately 1 minute. Strain through a wire mesh filter, pressing the solids to eliminate as much fluid as possible; Discard solids. Beat in vodka, if you use and food dye. Cool until it is cold, at least 2 hours.
- Passed 2Make the sorbet base of Lima: Hot the sugar and 3/4 cup of water in a small pan via medium, beating often until the sugar dissolves. Transfer to a bowl or a cup of liquid measurement and cool at room temperature. Beat in lime juice, coconut milk, vodka, if you use and salt. Cool until it is cold, at least 2 hours.
- Passed 3Make the coconut sorbet base: Heat the coconut water and sugar in a small saucepan through medium-high, beating often, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; Beat coconut milk, vodka, if used, salt and food dye. Transfer to a bowl or a cup of glass measurement and cool until it is cold, at least 2 hours.
- Passed 4Line A Bread tray 9 1/4- For 5 1/4 inch with a strip of parchment paper, leaving a 1 inch holder on the long sides. Pour the cherry sorbet base on an ice cream machine. Process according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Extend in a uniform layer in the prepared bread tray. Place a piece of scroll paper directly on the surface. Freeze until they are firm, at least 1 hour.
- Passed 5Pour the cold lime sorbet base on an ice cream machine. Process according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Remove the parchment and extend in a uniform layer on the frozen cherry sorbet. Place a piece of scroll directly on the surface of the Lima sorbet. Freeze until they are firm, at least 1 hour.
- Passed 6Pour the cold coconut sorbet base on an ice cream machine. Process according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Remove the scroll and extend in a uniform layer on the frozen lime sorbet in the pan. Place a piece of scroll directly on the surface of the coconut sorbet. Cover well with a plastic wrap and freeze until it is firm, at least 8 hours.
- Passed 7When ready to serve, turn the bread in a cutting board. Cut and serve immediately, adorned with cherries.
